• Implement outbound prospecting strategies to identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the SMB market.
• Approach with curiosity to comprehend our customers' intricate business challenges.
• Exhibit a deep understanding of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and their benefits to our customers in the growth segment.
• Showcase the ability to engage and advise CISO-level executives with industry insights; continue to listen, build, and strengthen executive relationships with customers.
• Generate and finalize business deals to consistently achieve or surpass quarterly sales targets, reflecting Wiz's values.
• Collaborate with the Wiz partner ecosystem to maximize market potential.
• Strong grasp of effective sales processes and methodologies, such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
• Establish productive working relationships with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams to ensure strategic alignment and fulfill company objectives.
• At least 2+ years of experience in SaaS/Security sales, targeting SMB/Mid-Enterprise accounts.
• Demonstrated success in effective selling within the specified geographical territory.
• Strong skills in pipeline generation, including outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and contribute to a fast-paced sales environment.
• A consultative and professional approach to customer engagement.
• Capability to adapt in meetings rather than strictly adhering to a script.
• Understanding of cloud security challenges and the ability to articulate technical concepts.
• Initial compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills, and geographic location.
• This position may also offer incentive compensation.
