This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Implement outbound prospecting strategies to identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the SMB sector.
• Approach with curiosity to comprehend our customers’ intricate business challenges.
• Exhibit a deep understanding of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and their value to our clients in the growth segment.
• Showcase the capability to advise and position solutions to CISO-level executives using industry insights; continue to listen, build, and enhance executive relationships with customers.
• Generate and finalize business deals to consistently achieve or surpass quarterly sales targets, reflecting Wiz values.
• Collaborate with the Wiz partner ecosystem to maximize market potential.
• Possess a solid understanding of effective sales processes and methodologies, such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
• Foster productive working relationships with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams to ensure strategic alignment and meet company goals.
• At least 2+ years of experience in SaaS/Security sales, targeting SMB/Mid-Enterprise accounts.
• Demonstrated success in effective selling within the specified geographical territory.
• Strong skills in pipeline generation, including outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and contribute to a high-growth sales atmosphere.
• A consultative and professional demeanor when engaging with customers.
• Capacity to adapt during meetings instead of adhering strictly to a script.
• Knowledge of cloud security challenges and the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
• Starting compensation will be established based on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, skills, and geographic location.
• This position may also offer incentive compensation.
