This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through proactive outreach and strategic targeting.
• Lead comprehensive sales cycles—from initial prospecting to contract execution—utilizing ToolsGroup’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and leadership teams to advance and successfully close deals.
• Own and surpass cross-sell revenue targets within the assigned accounts.
• Cultivate deep relationships with key stakeholders to identify expansion opportunities that align with client needs.
• Partner with Customer Success and Account Management teams to ensure high levels of satisfaction and recognize upsell potential.
• Implement targeted cross-sell initiatives to enhance the adoption of additional ToolsGroup solutions.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, uphold disciplined pipeline management, and ensure CRM (Salesforce) documentation is current.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Provide market insights to leadership to refine sales strategies and optimize product positioning.
• 3-5+ years of sales experience with quota responsibility, ideally in SaaS, supply chain software, or B2B enterprise sales.
• Demonstrated success in both acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.
• A hunter mentality with exceptional consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience managing a territory and engaging cross-functionally with sales engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and disciplined pipeline management practices.
