This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Lead and expand a high-performing Sourcing and Procurement team for 10–25 Financial Services client accounts.
• Manage expectations and deliverables of the team in coordination with S&P leadership, Account leadership, and clients.
• Oversee the recruitment, mentorship, development, rotation, and retention of Sourcing and Procurement professionals.
• Drive the implementation of global S&P programs, monitor progress, and adhere to operational excellence guidelines, account KPIs, and objectives.
• Supervise the creation, execution, compliance, and control of global sourcing plans.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and strategies for improvement for clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure the effective use of sourcing technology tools across accounts.
• Collaborate with operations on standardized RFP/bid and contracting procedures.
• Develop analytical approaches for savings, supplier performance, sourcing efficiency, and business reporting.
• Facilitate client meetings and strategic discussions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders in account management, operations, finance, legal, and risk management.
• Formulate and execute both short- and long-term sourcing strategies while managing supplier performance.
• Promote an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
• A minimum of 10 years of strategic sourcing experience, particularly in services or indirect categories related to facilities services, is highly desired.
• Experience in people management is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
• An MBA is considered a valuable asset.
• Certifications such as CPM, CPSM, or CPSD are preferred.
• Strong PC skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
• Experience with e-procurement, preferably Jaggaer, is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel domestically within the U.S. approximately 25% of the time.
• Ability to work remotely from a home office, including on-site presence at client locations.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
