This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Offer clinical guidance for group initiatives and OTA caseloads.
• Assist with scheduling requirements, including adjustments, group modifications, and pauses.
• Collaborate with families to create and refine client goals and care plans.
• Supervise and provide mentorship to Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs).
• Manage scheduling activities to ensure balanced and effective group sessions.
• Address inquiries from members and families with clear and supportive communication.
• Licensed OT in Canada (preferably in Ontario/BC).
• Experience in paediatrics, neurodivergence, or group and online therapy environments.
• Capability to guide and mentor OTAs during session delivery.
• Familiarity with virtual platforms (Minecraft, VR, Teams).
• A fun and positive attitude that keeps members engaged and progressing.
• Experience leading gaming groups, esports teams, or online communities (Bonus Points).
• Skills or experience in virtual reality (VR).
• Proficiency in integrating enjoyment into structured goals, making play both engaging and meaningful (Bonus Points).
