This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and enhance the fundamental processes, operating rhythms, and standards that drive Motive’s product organization.
• Define and refine our approach to planning, building, launching, and reviewing products at scale.
• Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive, hands-on knowledge of Motive’s product suite and the daily operations of our PMs.
• Create and uphold the tools, trackers, and workflows that facilitate consistent product execution throughout the entire product organization.
• Translate leadership strategies into actionable execution models.
• Set and maintain quality standards for product artifacts, documentation, and team rituals.
• Define and operationalize the collaboration between Product Ops and key stakeholders such as Product Marketing and Support.
• Manage the foundations of internal product communication.
• Spearhead change management for new processes and systems.
• Strategically oversee and develop the Product Operations tool stack.
• Lead and nurture a team of Product Operations managers.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Strategy & Ops, Consulting, or a similar role within a technical organization.
• 2+ years of experience in people management, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and establishing execution standards for a team.
• Proven experience in owning and evolving product development processes, operating cadence, or planning frameworks at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to design systems and workflows that are successfully adopted across large, cross-functional product organizations.
• Strong strategic thinking capabilities combined with hands-on execution skills.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and Support leaders.
• Proven track record of leading change, driving alignment, and influencing without formal authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting clear, executive-ready narratives.
• Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Comfortable working with data, tools, and dashboards to promote visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement.
