Group Product Manager – Protocol

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of the needs of M^0 protocol customers and users, ultimately serving as the internal advocate for customer insights.

• Classify customer requirements across the various stakeholders involved in the M^0 economy.

• Specifically, foster relationships with crypto and web3 entities that require dollar-denominated on-chain infrastructure.

• Convert customer needs into a prioritized web3 product roadmap, articulating and securing leadership alignment on a product strategy, while also designing the necessary protocol products and features to implement it.

• Work in collaboration with web3 engineering and ecosystem development teams to execute the product roadmap and introduce features to the market promptly, ensuring alignment with customer needs and opportunities.

• Develop and oversee a range of protocol products and features across multiple sectors.

• Partner with marketing and ecosystem teams to effectively position and promote products and services, ensuring alignment with diverse customer segments.

• Act as the representative for the M^0 Labs web3 team, educating customers on current and forthcoming products, and regularly presenting at events and to partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management or comparable entrepreneurial experience.

• More than 5 years of experience in bringing web3 products to market, ideally in protocols and developer infrastructure.

• Proven track record of conceptualizing and launching multiple products from inception to full maturity.

• Exceptional writing skills that are demonstrable.

• Capability to clearly articulate vision and strategic direction in written communication.

• A strong sense of ownership and a proven ability to drive product outcomes in the marketplace.

• Extensive knowledge of cross-chain web3 products and blockchain interoperability and messaging solutions.

• Proficient in English.
