This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Lead a team in the ideation, technical development, and launch of cutting-edge features and products within Entersekt’s EMV 3DS ACS product portfolio.
• Effectively communicate the product vision, progress, and outcomes of these services to clients and stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure widespread adoption and awareness.
• Define and implement the roadmap for Entersekt’s EMV 3DS ACS platform. Create product narratives, requirements, and specifications for product features and enhancements.
• Represent Entersekt in global organizations such as EMVCo and influence the evolution of standards. Act as the internal subject matter expert on these specifications.
• Collaborate with Card Schemes such as Mastercard, Visa, and American Express to advocate for Entersekt's product offerings and contribute to best practices.
• Take a proactive role in designing and implementing rules engines and machine learning models to enhance authentication success rates, reduce fraud, and provide exceptional user experiences.
• Oversee and carry out all activities necessary to achieve compliance and certification for products within the portfolio.
• Serve as a product and domain expert for commercial teams during client pre-sales engagements.
• Advocate for the design and implementation of Entersekt’s Context Aware authentication solutions across various products and user journeys.
• Act as an external spokesperson and evangelist to media and industry influencers as needed.
• Stay informed about payment industry trends, opportunities, and mandates to ensure our workflows and products remain compliant and innovative.
• Take ownership of the commercialization of the Payments portfolio, including the creation of comprehensive product documentation, knowledge-based articles, white papers, implementation guides, API specifications, sales enablement, and marketing content.
• 7+ years of experience in technology product management or a related role.
• A BS or BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technology-related field is required.
• Proven experience in defining product strategy and functional specifications for payment solutions.
• Familiarity with the EMVCo 3-D Secure protocol, PCI-DSS, and privacy standards is a significant advantage.
• A solid understanding of encryption, cryptographic protocols, and security best practices is also beneficial.
• Desired expertise in risk engines and machine learning models related to e-commerce and payment fraud use cases.
• Strong understanding of card payment flows, tokenization, and authorization messaging.
• Hands-on experience in architecting and developing complex consumer-focused multi-component product lines within a regulated environment.
• Strategic and tactical experience in designing, building, and executing scalable processes from the ground up, preferably in an operations-intensive setting.
• Demonstrated experience in an agile, globally distributed software development environment and methodologies.
• A proven track record of introducing new tools and applications in both on-premises and SaaS/cloud-native architectures.
• A deep understanding of technical communication systems, including the use of APIs to facilitate communication between the core platform, internal, and third-party integrations.
• Ability to utilize data and customer feedback to continuously enhance the throughput and performance of products.
