Group Product Manager, Digital Lending

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Portfolio: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the marketing site, application flows, customer portal, and ISO/broker portal.

• Enhance the Funnel: Streamline the origination funnel from start to finish to boost conversion rates.

• Oversee the ISO digital experience (submissions, payouts, deal status) with the same level of diligence as the experience for small business owners.

• Deliver AI-Integrated Experiences: Seamlessly incorporate AI into the product.

• Lead with AI Expertise: Utilize AI effectively in your daily product tasks to establish a benchmark for the team.

• Manage Instrumentation: Approach event taxonomy and tracking plans as essential deliverables.

• Control the Analytics Stack: Collaborate with Data/Analytics to manage digital analytics tools.

• Conduct Ongoing Experimentation: Spearhead a systematic A/B and multivariate testing initiative.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in fintech or digital lending.

• Proven success in achieving measurable conversion and time-to-revenue improvements.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools for everyday PM responsibilities and deploying customer-facing AI/ML features.

• Strong knowledge of product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.), data instrumentation/taxonomies, and SQL query execution.

• Experience executing structured A/B testing programs with a rigorous statistical approach.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Risk, Marketing) without direct authority.

• Exceptional skills in communicating with leadership—articulating vision and technical concepts with keen analytical insight.
