Group Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision, priorities, and roadmap for Klaxoon, focusing on the core whiteboard experience, AI strategy, vertical differentiation, and the integration of Wrike and Klaxoon into a cohesive product.

• Continuously enhance the Klaxoon product experience to transform it into a premier visual collaboration tool, with a strong emphasis on increasing adoption among Wrike customers and pinpointing high-value vertical use cases.

• Assist in developing the processes, tools, and mindsets necessary for the R&D organization to operate with an AI-native approach, identifying opportunities for agentic workflows to transform team operations and scale output.

• Guide, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, facilitating their transition from feature ownership to strategic product leadership while fostering a unified product culture across Wrike and Klaxoon.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading product managers or overseeing a complex product area involving multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Profound knowledge of product discovery, customer validation, positioning, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and product delivery.

• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS and the needs of enterprise customers.

• Capability to make challenging trade-offs among diverse investments, customer expectations, product integration, innovation, and long-term strategic vision.

• Skill in aligning teams and stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and executive leadership.

• Experience in coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and assessing the performance of product managers.

• Practical knowledge of AI-native product strategy and the ability to recognize differentiated AI use cases in visual collaboration.

• Competence in balancing product strength, simplicity, user adoption, and customer experience in collaborative tools.
