Group Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and enhance the skills of three product managers.

• Deliver a beta version by the third quarter.

• Navigate complexities across the organization.

• Ensure a cohesive coaching experience.

• Define and take ownership of success metrics.

• Contribute to the overall product organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role for PMs.

• Proven history of successfully delivering products in cross-organizational settings.

• A sincere passion for behavior change, health, wellness, or coaching-related products.

• Ability to handle technical complexities with ease.

• Experience collaborating across different time zones and cultures.

• Outstanding written communication skills.

• Strong product judgment.

• An intellectual curiosity regarding the impact of AI on the field.
