This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Define and spearhead the product vision, strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and success metrics for your product area, ensuring alignment with company goals, customer needs, and long-term business strategy.
β’ Define and enhance product experiences that effectively integrate digital capabilities with human-assisted services, guaranteeing customers a seamless and consistent journey throughout their experience.
β’ Collaborate with Product and business leaders to pinpoint opportunities where technology, human expertise, and service delivery can enhance customer outcomes, adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
β’ Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Customer Success, Operations, and other business leaders to create cohesive customer experiences and drive measurable business results.
β’ Build high-performing teams that apply continuous product discovery best practices and modern SDLC methodologies, including customer research, experimentation, roadmap management, and iterative delivery, to ensure products align with customer needs and business objectives.
β’ Transform strategy into execution by assisting teams in making effective trade-offs, prioritizing investments, and achieving product outcomes.
β’ Create business cases, comprehend financial impacts, and define and execute business and customer benefit OKRs. Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to identify opportunities, assess impact, and promote learning.
β’ Motivate, align, and influence across functions, skillfully navigating dependencies, ambiguity, and organizational complexity to deliver value for both customers and the business.
β’ Recognize and utilize AI-enabled capabilities and workflows to enhance customer experience, product velocity, and quality in alignment with business priorities and measurable impact.
β’ Lead and nurture a team of Product Managers, offering coaching, guidance, and growth opportunities while cultivating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
β’ Proven experience in defining and executing product vision and strategy for complex customer-facing products, services, or platforms.
β’ Extensive SaaS product management experience across growth-stage and scaled product environments, preferably in financial services, business services, or related industries.
β’ Demonstrated capability to partner with Product, Customer Success, Operations, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver unified customer experiences and business results.
β’ Proven track record of defining product strategy, deriving requirements, analyzing trade-offs, and prioritizing investments across multiple teams and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
β’ Strong leadership experience, including managing Product Managers, developing talent, setting priorities, and building high-performing teams.
β’ Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, align cross-functional teams, and facilitate decision-making in complex environments.
β’ Solid business acumen, including experience in creating business cases, evaluating trade-offs, and aligning product investments with customer value, company priorities, and financial outcomes.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data-related field, or a similar discipline, or equivalent experience through a combination of education and relevant work experience.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in product management, including leading significant mission-critical products that involve substantial business and technology change, with at least 2+ years of experience leading SaaS product teams at the Group level or higher.
