Group Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and lead the product vision and roadmap for the SmarterDenials teams, which include Appeal Writer, Management, and expansions, by prioritizing initiatives that yield measurable clinical and commercial results.

• Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, enhancing the standards of craft, customer understanding, and execution throughout the team.

• Gain an in-depth understanding of the SmarterDx user and buyer market, encompassing payer behavior, denial trends, and RCM workflows.

• Interact with customers to collect feedback, pinpoint friction points, and identify opportunities for impactful product enhancements.

• Establish, monitor, and report on key success metrics to evaluate product performance, adoption rates, and overall business impact.

• Assist Product Managers in leading a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and designers throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of product management experience, including at least 1-2 years in a managerial position.

• Proven experience in scaling an established product while also participating in the development of new products or 0-to-1 initiatives.

• Over 3 years of experience in healthtech, preferably in RCM, denials management, coding, or B2B clinical workflows.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration across engineering, data science, and UX — you possess the ability to lead without formal authority.

• Experience managing both external customers and internal stakeholders, including Customer Success, Implementations, and Sales teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you can simplify complex information into clear narratives suitable for both technical and executive audiences.
