This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Define and lead the Klaxoon strategy: Establish the vision, priorities, and roadmap for Klaxoon, focusing on the core whiteboard experience, AI strategy, vertical differentiation, and the integration of Wrike and Klaxoon into a cohesive product.
• Enhance whiteboard adoption and experience: Consistently elevate the Klaxoon product experience to transform it into a premier visual collaboration tool, with a strong emphasis on increasing adoption among Wrike customers and pinpointing high-value vertical use cases.
• Foster AI-native R&D: Aid in creating the processes, tools, and mindsets necessary for the R&D team to operate with an AI-native perspective, identifying how agentic workflows can enhance team operations and output scalability.
• Cultivate the PM team: Guide, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, assisting them in their transition from feature ownership to strategic product leadership while fostering a unified product culture across Wrike and Klaxoon.
• Proven product leadership experience: Demonstrated success in leading product managers or overseeing a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Robust core PM skills and customer-focused approach: In-depth knowledge of product discovery, customer validation, positioning, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and product delivery.
• Experience in Enterprise SaaS: Strong familiarity with B2B SaaS and the needs of enterprise clients.
• Strategic prioritization capabilities: Proficient in making difficult trade-offs between diverse investments, customer expectations, product convergence, innovation, and long-term strategic objectives.
• Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management: Skilled in aligning teams and stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and executive leadership.
• Strong people management abilities: Experience in coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing the performance of product managers.
• AI-native thinking: Practical knowledge of AI-native product strategy and the capacity to identify unique AI use cases in visual collaboration.
• Excellent UX judgment: Capable of balancing product functionality, simplicity, user adoption, and customer experience in collaborative tools.
