This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and steer the product strategy and roadmap for AI-centric solutions that align with both customer and business requirements.

• Manage products throughout their entire lifecycle, from conception to delivery, measurement, and refinement.

• Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders to provide scalable solutions.

• Specify product requirements, craft user stories, and oversee backlog prioritization.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and influence system architecture and design.

• Advocate for the product vision and foster alignment among internal and external stakeholders.

• Act as the Product Owner within Agile methodologies, engaging in all Scrum ceremonies.

• Enhance product development processes to boost delivery speed, quality, and team effectiveness.

• Relay product performance, metrics, and roadmap updates to stakeholders.

• Perform market research and competitive analysis to guide product strategy.

• Employ data-driven decision-making to prioritize initiatives and assess success.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B2C settings.

• Demonstrated experience in creating AI-powered enterprise SaaS products.

• Background serving as Product Owner within Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).

• Significant experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver complex products.

• Preferred: Experience in healthcare, insurance, or marketplace-based platforms.

• Preferred: Familiarity with tools like the Atlassian suite, Jira, Miro, Figma, and generative AI platforms (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT).
