This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee all procurement operations for products and services within the Tomia Business Unit.
• Establish and nurture relationships with suppliers and strategic vendors.
• Spearhead commercial negotiations for new agreements, renewals, and modifications.
• Administer the entire procurement lifecycle from requirements gathering to supplier management.
• Enhance and sustain supplier governance as well as records in the Vendor Management System.
• Create supplier performance metrics and carry out regular evaluations of suppliers.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate supplier risks while managing contingency plans.
• Oversee contract expiration dates and facilitate renewals.
• Recognize opportunities for supplier consolidation, process enhancement, and cost optimization.
• Generate procurement reports and analytics.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Information Security, and business stakeholders.
• Take ownership of the compliance framework for the Tomia Business Unit.
• Implement, maintain, and enhance the ISO 27001, ISO 27017, and ISO 27018 management systems across Tomia, MACH, and Telarix.
• Coordinate surveillance and recertification audits, managing relationships with auditors.
• Organize SOC 1 controls and audit obligations.
• Monitor compliance actions, audit findings, and remediation strategies.
• Develop and assess corporate policies, standards, and procedures.
• Create and execute the annual compliance work plan.
• Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and risk updates for senior leadership.
• Foster compliance awareness, communication, and training initiatives.
• Assist customer due diligence efforts through compliance, information security, and governance questionnaires.
• Coordinate carbon footprint reporting and sustainability data to meet ESG objectives.
• Keep abreast of emerging regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Cultivate relationships across Procurement, Finance, Legal, Information Security, IT, Operations, Sales, and Product.
• Advise business leaders on procurement strategies, supplier governance, and compliance responsibilities.
• Influence stakeholders to incorporate governance requirements into business workflows.
• Serve as the primary contact for procurement and compliance within the Business Unit.
• Proven experience in managing procurement and supplier governance within a global organization.
• Strong skills in commercial negotiation and contract management.
• Experience with implementing and maintaining ISO 27001 and related information security standards.
• Familiarity with supporting external audits and certification initiatives.
• Knowledge of supplier risk management and third-party governance.
• Comprehensive understanding of procurement best practices and purchasing controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills and reporting proficiency.
• Outstanding organizational abilities with a knack for managing multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to ongoing improvement.
• Experience with ISO 27017 and ISO 27018.
• Background in supporting SOC 1 or SOC 2 audit programs.
• Knowledge of ESG and carbon reporting requirements.
• Experience in the software, telecommunications, or technology sectors.
• Professional procurement qualification (CIPS) or equivalent.
• Qualification in Information Security or Compliance (ISO Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor or similar).
