This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of performance results across a diverse portfolio of multi-channel B2B paid media clients, ensuring achievement of KPIs such as CPL, pipeline influence, MQL/SQL conversion rates, and growth objectives.
• Supervise the creation and implementation of comprehensive B2B paid media strategies across multiple channels, including Google, LinkedIn, Programmatic, ABM, and newer B2B platforms.
• Guarantee the consistent application of best practices in:
• Account structure and optimization
• Testing frameworks, multi-touch attribution, and incrementality
• Creative and content feedback loops in collaboration with Creative teams
• Measurement and reporting rigor, including account-based measurement methodologies
• Act as the strategic escalation point for intricate performance issues.
• Serve as the senior strategic lead for pivotal client relationships.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, pipeline performance narratives, and forward-looking growth strategies for priority clients.
• Identify and drive opportunities for account expansion, including increased media investment, maturation of ABM programs, and channel diversification.
• Collaborate with Sales and Strategy teams to assist in new business pitches and growth opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, effectively communicating strategies, results, and pipeline impact.
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of media experts and practitioners, ensuring high performance and accountability.
• Oversee resource planning, team structure, and client allocation to ensure optimal role assignments.
• Mentor and develop direct reports, focusing on performance management, career progression, and skill enhancement.
• Enhance team capabilities in:
• B2B platform expertise
• Data analysis and pipeline storytelling
• Strategic thinking and client communication
• Act as the escalation point for team and client challenges.
• Manage the growth of media dollars within your portfolio through retention and expansion.
• Ensure strategies effectively balance performance, efficiency, and client profitability.
• Partner with divisional and finance leadership to maintain contribution margin, resource allocation, and account health.
• Identify and mitigate risks pertaining to performance, client satisfaction, or profitability.
• Ensure all accounts adhere to Power Digital standards for execution, pacing, and deliverables.
• Promote the adoption of tools, platforms, and processes that enhance efficiency and B2B performance.
• Maintain strong operational rhythms, including:
• Regular pipeline and performance assessments
• Testing roadmaps and prioritization
• Clear reporting and insights delivery
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and high-quality execution across all accounts.
• 8–10+ years of experience in paid media, B2B performance marketing, or media leadership roles.
• Proven track record of managing multi-channel B2B paid media strategies across a client portfolio.
• Experience overseeing substantial monthly media budgets ($200K–$1M+ per client preferred).
• Strong leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of major B2B paid media platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Programmatic; additional platforms are a plus).
• Comprehensive understanding of full-funnel strategy, encompassing demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and measurement throughout extended sales cycles.
• Experience translating platform performance into business outcomes (revenue, pipeline, LTV).
• Exceptional client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in supporting new business pitches and account expansion efforts.
• Data-driven, highly organized, and operationally adept.
