Associate Director, Enterprise/System Execution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of execution planning and alignment for initiatives that span multiple Therapeutic Areas or are not confined to a single TA.

• Facilitate execution across enterprise and system accounts (e.g., IDNs), ensuring a consistent prioritization and engagement strategy.

• Act as the primary owner for enterprise-level execution challenges and escalations that extend beyond TA boundaries.

• Guarantee that execution plans are proactive, anticipating future requirements instead of merely addressing current issues.

• Shape cross-TA initiatives at an early stage, ensuring that sequencing, readiness, and dependencies are clearly articulated prior to execution.

• Identify emerging system-level risks and misalignments, and take the initiative to drive their resolution.

• Align stakeholders across Therapeutic Areas and functions to maintain enterprise-level consistency.

• Resolve conflicts related to priorities, timing, or execution expectations across TA boundaries.

• Oversee the resolution of complex execution issues that span multiple TAs and require enterprise-level coordination.

• Promote structured issue management, ensuring clarity of ownership and follow-through.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required from a four-year college or university.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in field operations, enterprise execution, or program delivery roles.

• Demonstrated ability to function across various stakeholder groups and organizational boundaries.

• Strong systems thinking capabilities with the ability to align priorities, dependencies, and outcomes across portfolios.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
