This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure comprehensive execution results are managed and delivered across designated Therapeutic Areas through a team of Field Execution Leads, encompassing steady-state operations, launches, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Hold Field Execution Leads responsible as the sole points of execution ownership for their designated Therapeutic Areas, guaranteeing that priorities are communicated with clarity, sequencing, and follow-through.
• Oversee the execution health across Therapeutic Areas, identifying systemic risks, recurring challenges, and execution failures that necessitate intervention beyond a single Therapeutic Area.
• Ensure that Field Execution Leads accurately assess execution health and prompt timely decisions and corrective actions based on standardized business review outputs.
• Ensure that escalation paths, decision rights, and governance are consistently applied, and that execution issues are resolved effectively at the system level, rather than repeatedly across Therapeutic Areas.
• Collaborate with planning, enablement, and infrastructure teams to validate execution prerequisites (processes, tools, training, sequencing) consistently prior to field deployment across Therapeutic Areas.
• Act as a senior execution partner to Therapeutic Area leadership, reinforcing a unified enterprise execution system while accommodating TA-specific priorities and constraints.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Field Execution Leads, establishing clear expectations for execution ownership, decision-making discipline, and accountability.
• Standardize execution judgment across the team, ensuring consistent criteria for escalation, risk management, and resolution.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required from an accredited 4-year college or university.
• 8+ years of experience in commercial execution, field operations, launch management, or complex enterprise delivery roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly intricate industries.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in people management, including coaching and developing roles focused on execution.
• Proven ability to guarantee consistent execution results across multiple Therapeutic Areas within a shared execution framework.
• Established experience working within structured governance, operating cadences, and decision-making models.
• Strong judgment and communication abilities, with the capacity to translate execution signals into system-level decisions and enhancements.
