Group Leader – Southwest Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Facilitate group engagement with all program elements in a seamless, meaningful, and enjoyable manner.

• Oversee and coordinate all logistics while supporting educational delivery.

• Conduct both orientation and farewell briefings.

• Proactively identify and address program-related issues on-site.

• Collaborate with local guides and instructors for effective content presentation.

• Offer recommendations for leisure activities and arrange group dining experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in group leadership within educational and/or travel program settings.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is highly preferred.

• Strong leadership capabilities to foster group unity.

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language.

• Ability to operate basic audiovisual equipment.

• Must possess hiking experience and the ability to hike alongside participants in all three groups.
