This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
β’ Strategic development, expansion, and management of a global partner ecosystem involving Tier-1 GTM partners, system integrators, and distributors.
β’ Creation of collaborative business plans, establishment of clear revenue objectives, and empowerment of partner, sales, and business development teams for effective market execution.
β’ Positioning international practices as premier delivery partners for integrators and consulting firms, while setting up dependable subcontracting frameworks to enhance service scalability.
β’ Implementation of governance, SLA, and quality standards to guarantee top-notch delivery from external partners.
β’ Direct reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and the international Executive Board.
β’ Holding both an international role and accountability, serving as the strategic representative for SITS in Switzerland, while being a member of senior leadership and a thought leader within Swiss business circles.
β’ Close alignment of group-wide alliance strategies with vendor-specific activities and collaboration with business unit leaders, partner managers, and vendor representatives.
β’ Leading, developing, and managing a small international team while creating a partner dashboard to track revenue, pipeline, KPIs, and delivery quality.
β’ Demonstrated success in alliance management, channel sales, or business development, preferably in professional services or B2B enterprise software.
β’ Extensive expertise in cybersecurity and/or secure IT services, coupled with strong credibility as a market thought leader.
β’ Experience in managing commercial go-to-market channels and complex service delivery networks, including subcontracting and joint delivery, with a willingness to travel internationally.
β’ Confident executive presence with experience in leading, developing, and scaling international, cross-border commercial teams.
β’ Strong ability to collaborate with decentralized business units, local partner managers, and independent leaders within a matrix organization.
β’ Business-fluent in German and English (negotiation-level) and substantial experience in an international business setting.
