This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Lead and oversee the development of annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts across all group companies.
• Deliver ad hoc financial analyses, profitability assessments, and scenario modeling to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure precise monthly group reporting in line with internal deadlines and accounting standards.
• Serve as a primary liaison between finance and business units, fostering transparency and financial discipline.
• Monitor and evaluate KPIs, variances, and trends throughout subsidiaries.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of internal financial processes and systems.
• Assist with external audits and ensure adherence to local and group-level financial regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; a professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in a financial controlling role, ideally at a group or multi-entity level.
• Strong capabilities in financial modeling and analysis.
• Proficient Excel skills are critical (including pivot tables, power queries, lookups, and financial modeling).
• Practical experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision) is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in internal audit is a plus.
