This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Managing a portfolio of strategic client relationships, focusing on retention, revenue growth, and profitability across various accounts.
• Leading and mentoring a team of Directors, establishing performance standards and fostering development.
• Enhancing cross-channel, full-funnel integrated media strategies across paid, owned, and earned media.
• Ensuring a cohesive design of media mix, budget allocation strategies, audience architecture, creative integration, and advanced measurement frameworks.
• Acting as an executive-level escalation point and strategic advisor for senior client stakeholders.
• Leading high-stakes executive engagements, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), annual planning, and transformational growth initiatives.
• Managing portfolio-level forecasting, staffing alignment, and margin management in collaboration with Operations and Finance.
• Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and partnering with Business Development to support new business strategies and pitches.
• Scaling best practices across teams to enhance planning rigor, reporting clarity, and strategic storytelling.
• Collaborating with Analytics to operationalize Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), incrementality testing, and advanced measurement.
• Leading innovation initiatives, emerging channel pilots, and first-to-market tests that reinforce the agency's perspectives.
• Working with executive leadership to address organizational challenges and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
• Providing regular updates on portfolio health and strategic insights to senior agency leadership.
• Over 11 years of experience in media planning/strategy, marketing strategy, or integrated client leadership within an agency.
• More than 6 years of experience in leading senior-level team members and overseeing multiple client portfolios.
• A proven track record in managing complex, multi-channel accounts with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including skills in revenue forecasting, margin management, and resource planning.
• Demonstrated success in managing executive-level client relationships and navigating intricate stakeholder environments.
• Extensive expertise in developing full-funnel strategies, measurement frameworks (MTA, MMM, incrementality), and cross-channel media planning, including the application of audience insights across the full funnel and a deep understanding of various channels.
• Experience in collaborating with creative, analytics, operations, and technology teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Exceptional executive presence, communication skills, and the ability to craft strategic narratives.
• Strong organizational leadership abilities to scale systems, develop talent, and drive operational excellence.
• Experience in pitching new business as a strategic lead.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
