• Advocate for the integration of AI tools and workflows (e.g., generative design, content automation, rapid prototyping) into the creative process.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, experimentation, and scalability through AI.
• Guide teams in responsibly adopting AI while preserving creative integrity and originality.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to provide seamless digital and physical experiences.
• Work within the telecom and/or consumer electronics ecosystems, understanding product complexity and lifecycle.
• Align creative results with business objectives, technical feasibility, and user needs.
• Mentor and develop senior creative talent across various disciplines.
• Cultivate a culture of craftsmanship, curiosity, and innovation.
• Build resilient, high-performing teams capable of transitioning between strategic thinking and rapid execution.
• Over 12 years of experience in creative leadership roles, with integrated knowledge in both design and copy.
• Proven track record in telecom, consumer electronics, or similarly complex product-driven sectors.
• A strong portfolio showcasing:
• - Strategic brand development.
• - Product and digital experience design (UI/UX).
• - Integrated campaigns and storytelling.
• Demonstrated success in leading creative initiatives through significant transformations (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, or rebranding).
• In-depth understanding of customer journey mapping, digital ecosystems, and omnichannel experiences.
• Experience with or implementing AI-enabled creative tools and workflows.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities, capable of influencing senior-level clients.
• Comfortable balancing overarching vision with practical execution.
