• Develop innovative campaigns, social-first content, and product concepts that are fresh, unexpected, and align with the brand.
• Oversee smaller-scale creative projects from the initial concept to final execution with increasing independence.
• Consistently bring valuable references, fresh inspiration, and a strong creative point of view. Stay engaged with internet culture, fashion, beauty, entertainment, and emerging creative trends.
• Assist in photo and video shoots from pre-production to post-production, including on-set direction, shot lists, creative briefs, retouching notes, and cropping guidelines.
• Create high-quality assets with a keen attention to craftsmanship and detail.
• Provide briefs and creative feedback to both internal and external collaborators as required (creators, photographers, stylists, etc.).
• Engage in content creation as necessary—resolving creative challenges in real time, whether it involves designing, editing, or animating.
• Contribute significantly to brainstorming sessions and collaborative creative workflows.
• Work closely with social, design, copy, brand marketing, and creative production teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and execution across all touchpoints.
• Present creative concepts clearly and confidently to stakeholders, maintaining well-organized and up-to-date creative decks.
• Manage timelines, feedback, and changing priorities while keeping a positive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• 3+ years of experience in art direction, graphic design, content creation, or creative production within beauty, fashion, media, agency, or culture-driven brands.
• A portfolio showcasing exceptional taste, concept development skills, and high-quality execution across visual systems, campaigns, social content, and video.
• Comfortable with both ideation and execution—you can think conceptually while also being hands-on in the work.
• Highly proficient in content tools such as Keynote and Google Slides, as well as Adobe Creative Suite—particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects—and familiar with Figma and modern content creation/editing workflows.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and motivated by the opportunity to wear multiple creative hats.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced environments and pivot quickly while remaining detail-oriented and organized.
• A collaborative creative partner who communicates proactively and works well across different functions.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong instincts for culture, aesthetics, and storytelling.
