• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand design strategy that aligns with Benevity's business goals.
• Oversee the advancement of Benevity’s visual identity system across all channels.
• Manage the daily operations and creative output of the team, facilitating brainstorming sessions for significant marketing initiatives, product launches, and events.
• Take charge of the creative team's intake process, project prioritization, and capacity management.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and People teams to gather necessary input and create effective briefs.
• Work alongside the Digital Marketing team to provide a high-performing, on-brand web experience.
• Offer creative direction and mentorship to the design team.
• 8+ years of experience in brand design, with a minimum of 3 years in a creative leadership role with B2B brands.
• A portfolio that highlights exceptional design execution and strategic thinking across various mediums including digital, print, video, and physical environments.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex creative projects, developing a creative team, and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Strong verbal and visual storytelling abilities, with the capacity to explain design decisions and their significance to business objectives.
• Expert-level proficiency in traditional design, video, and emerging digital design tools.
