This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Develop and execute a comprehensive brand design strategy that aligns with Benevity's business goals.
β’ Oversee the advancement of Benevityβs visual identity system across all channels.
β’ Manage the daily operations and creative output of the team, facilitating brainstorming sessions for significant marketing initiatives, product launches, and events.
β’ Take charge of the creative team's intake process, project prioritization, and capacity management.
β’ Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and People teams to gather necessary input and create effective briefs.
β’ Work alongside the Digital Marketing team to provide a high-performing, on-brand web experience.
β’ Offer creative direction and mentorship to the design team.
β’ 8+ years of experience in brand design, with a minimum of 3 years in a creative leadership role with B2B brands.
β’ A portfolio that highlights exceptional design execution and strategic thinking across various mediums including digital, print, video, and physical environments.
β’ Demonstrated experience in leading complex creative projects, developing a creative team, and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
β’ Strong verbal and visual storytelling abilities, with the capacity to explain design decisions and their significance to business objectives.
β’ Expert-level proficiency in traditional design, video, and emerging digital design tools.
