• Oversee complete delivery: You are accountable for ensuring your production team delivers consistently every week, stepping in when a team member is unavailable.
• Achieve team objectives: You are aware of the operational performance targets and assist your team in reaching them.
• Guide and provide insights to Creative Strategists: You establish the creative vision, brief new clients during onboarding, and offer feedback on scripts and strategic approaches.
• Client engagement & communication: You serve as the main point of contact for clients via Slack and lead regular client calls.
• Secondary escalation for your team: When video editors, content managers, or production assistants face issues that their direct contacts cannot resolve, you take charge of the situation.
• Manage team workload: You identify when your production team is nearing capacity limits and take responsibility for recruiting and onboarding new team members.
• Commitment to continuous improvement: You focus on enhancing processes, projects, professional growth, and training to constantly advance your production team.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Performance Creative, Creative Strategy, or Paid Social, preferably at a D2C agency or within an in-house e-commerce brand.
• Profound knowledge of Direct Response ads and funnels: You must be capable of writing copy while also understanding what constitutes effective creatives and sales funnels.
• Strong operational skills: You adeptly manage multiple clients, deadlines, and team workloads simultaneously.
• Ego-free leadership: You guide your team rather than attempting to handle everything by yourself.
• Self-motivation & ownership: You do not need close supervision; you strive to shape initiatives and pursue ongoing improvements.
• Client-focused communication: You engage with clients in a clear, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
