This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Oversee the controlling and reporting function.

• Generate monthly financial and KPI reports.

• Report directly to the Group CFO.

• Conduct financial consolidation and reporting for investors.

• Develop business cases and perform analyses.

• Design and execute projects to achieve audit readiness.

• Collaborate closely with financial accounting.

• Manage the financial integration of investments and participations.

• 2–4 years of experience in auditing, controlling, or finance, ideally in start-ups, scale-ups, or mid-sized companies (SMEs).

• Excellent analytical abilities and a keen attention to detail.

• Organized and self-directed working style combined with high motivation and a proactive approach.

• Outstanding written and spoken English skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
