Group Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the financial direction and support for subsidiaries.

• Ensure the achievement of financial objectives and comply with reporting standards.

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analyses.

• Develop comprehensive budgets and forecasts.

• Track the implementation of budgets.

• Prepare monthly management reports to ensure clear visibility of financial performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in economics, controlling, finance, or a related discipline.

• Several years of professional experience in controlling or financial management.

• Strong expertise in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, along with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis (preferably under IFRS).

• An analytical, structured, and solution-focused working style.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficient in German and possess good English skills, both written and verbal.
