This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establish the new Group Charter department at Luxaviation ONE from scratch, taking full charge of strategy and execution.
• Hire, manage, and mentor a team of charter sales executives and brokers to meet ambitious commercial targets.
• Create and implement a business development plan for group charter sales across European and international markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and trade partners.
• Initiate new business development campaigns utilizing advanced CRM tools, targeted prospecting, and strategic networking.
• Oversee the negotiation of commercial agreements and ensure competitive, customized offers for clients.
• Ensure service excellence throughout the charter process, from proposal to post-flight feedback.
• Represent Luxaviation ONE as a senior figure at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Provide regular updates to senior management regarding team performance, KPIs, and market insights.
• A minimum of 8–10 years of demonstrated experience in charter sales, preferably with a robust background in group charter or ad hoc charter.
• At least 3 years in a senior management or director-level position with responsibilities for team building.
• A strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of establishing and expanding a new business unit.
• A solid commercial history and a well-established network of international corporate clients and partners.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, capable of inspiring and influencing at the senior level.
• Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a significant advantage.
• A strategic thinker with outstanding presentation skills and strong business acumen.
• Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable in a start-up environment within a group dynamic.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
