• Promote, position, and sell the full range of Guardian’s Group Benefits portfolio products and technology solutions to assigned brokers.
• Foster the overall well-being of broker and client relationships to support the development and growth of Guardian’s sales and client retention.
• Analyze territory dynamics to build, nurture, and maintain broker relationships aimed at expanding the business while embodying Guardian’s vision to inspire well-being.
• Take responsibility for consistently meeting or surpassing personal sales production goals by gaining a thorough understanding of products and developing and executing tactical sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and proactively respond to consumer demands.
• Identify, suggest, and advocate for process enhancements and organizational initiatives to boost sales of product offerings.
• Obtain necessary industry licensing within 90 days of hire and maintain the license by fulfilling Continuing Education requirements.
• A Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, or equivalent industry experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in group insurance sales, or a combination of Guardian work experience, education, and/or relevant extracurricular activities.
• Familiarity and expertise in pertinent industry products and processes, including but not limited to Worksite, LTD, Dental products, complex absence products, online enrollment, experience rating, and dental network analysis processes.
