Group Account Support Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Global Account Manager (GAM) to create and implement targeted account plans and strategies that yield measurable results.

• Assess the effectiveness of plans, identify limitations, take corrective actions, and maintain precise player maps to facilitate account growth.

• Engage closely with Business Units and Account Teams to comprehend and convey value propositions effectively.

• Collect customer insights, segment data, reference cases, and market intelligence to enhance Hitachi’s market position and support opportunity development.

• Partner with Strategic Marketing (ABM, Segment, Market Intelligence) and Segment Leads to synchronize account activities, highlight success stories, and back targeted campaigns.

• Oversee the entire account team and customer workshop execution, which includes agenda creation, methodology, logistics, attendee communication, session facilitation, real-time synthesis, and post-workshop reporting.

• Manage governance schedules on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and annual basis.

• Assist GAMs in defining, coordinating, and tracking significant opportunities; ensure governance gates, BU interlocks, and internal approvals are achieved.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Business.

• Proven experience in Sales & Marketing, whether as an Account Manager, in Sales Program execution, or as a Sales Support Specialist.

• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple deadlines concurrently.

• Robust analytical skills to foster relationship-building.

• Willingness and readiness to travel up to 15% of the time.
