📋 Description

• Take the primary lead for the client once the proposal has been accepted.

• Manage and nurture business opportunities with current clients.

• Create client agendas and slide presentations.

• Lead and/or assist in calls with clients and LMR, faculty, or content experts concerning content and direction.

• Review and send status/contact reports to clients after each interaction.

• Prepare project briefs and scopes of work for clients and internal team members.

• Guide the support team on all facets of project management to ensure client expectations are met or surpassed.

• Oversee projects by utilizing authorized internal project briefs, proposal templates, and budget tools.

• Collaborate with the internal team on the overall project plan, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.

• Act as the internal team leader, ensuring smooth and effective collaboration among all team members.

• Mentor staff at the Associate Account Executive, Account Executive, and/or Senior Account Executive levels.

• Conduct performance evaluations, develop plans for growth, and set goals for direct reports as necessary.

• Work alongside Client Services leadership and Strategy to identify market opportunities that can enhance client business.

• Recognize opportunities for organic growth within designated accounts.

• Create proposals, budgets, and reconciliations.

• Collaborate with all teams to ensure proposal development is precise and that all team hours are recorded.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Account role within a pharmaceutical/medical communications organization.

• Daily client-facing experience and familiarity with medical, legal, and regulatory review processes are essential.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Willingness to travel 10-15% based on client requirements.
