Group Account Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations for a client brand while spearheading the development of client projects.

• Assist in the formulation of strategies and plans for client brands.

• Establish and nurture strong client relationships.

• Comprehend account dynamics and mobilize resources to fulfill client needs.

• Act as a liaison between the agency and client to set objectives and budgets, ensuring quality and cost-efficient solutions.

• Oversee client budget management, fiscal accountability, and expense reporting.

• Collaborate with senior account leads to create strategic marketing objectives aligned with brand strategy and direction.

• Evaluate essential market data.

• Gain insights into the disease landscape, competitive environment, and industry trends, and disseminate knowledge.

• Monitor and proactively recognize potential client challenges.

• Work alongside cross-functional agency teams to foster innovative ideas.

• Guide and mentor junior members of the account team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a pharmaceutical agency.

• Proven experience in team leadership and mentoring.

• Experience with product launches.

• Detail-oriented with the capability to manage a diverse range of projects and team members.

• Self-sufficient and able to work independently.

• Proven experience in managing client relationships.

• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Substantial experience with Veeva (or similar client MLR) platforms.

• Considerable experience with Ziflow (or other digital routing) platforms.

• Outstanding financial management abilities while adhering to budgetary limits.
