• Oversee and lead a client services team managing an account group with revenues exceeding $8 million, ensuring achievements related to client growth objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with key client leadership, decision-makers, and influencers in client organizations, as well as with internal and external partners.
• Formulate and execute strategic plans aimed at account growth and retention, identifying new opportunities and potential areas for enhancement.
• Offer strategic advice and direction to clients based on their objectives, needs, and challenges, proposing innovative and effective solutions that yield measurable outcomes.
• Guide teams to realize a vision of account opportunities and performance, utilizing data and insights to optimize campaigns and showcase value and return on investment (ROI).
• Establish and elevate quality standards and best practices across all global team initiatives.
• Foster collaboration and the sharing of best practices within client services and throughout the agency.
• Address and resolve issues or conflicts as they arise, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Contribute to the overall vision and direction of the agency, including engaging in new business development and pitching activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in account management, ideally within an agency context.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading and managing teams.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies across diverse channels and platforms.
• Experience collaborating with clients from various industries, including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and other complex sectors.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, in both written and verbal formats.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to leverage data and insights to drive actions and results.
