Groundskeeper

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• The Groundskeeper is tasked with ensuring the estate's landscape is safe, clean, and visually appealing.

• Adhere to safety regulations, policies, and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.

• Intervene in risky behaviors exhibited by oneself and others.

• Engage with management and colleagues to provide guidance on plant care and selection.

• Share details regarding landscaping services and associated costs.

• Capable of leading a small team in executing short-term projects.

• Operate and conduct routine maintenance or minor repairs on grounds maintenance equipment, including hedge trimmers, chainsaws, electric clippers, sod cutters, line trimmers, mowers, tractors, UTVs, ATVs, trucks, or pruning saws.

• Oversee the irrigation system and install irrigation components as needed.

• Sow seeds, bulbs, foliage, flowering plants, grass, ground covers, trees, or shrubs, and apply mulch for protection using gardening tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.

• Six months of related experience and/or training is preferred.

• A valid driver's license may be required.

• Completion of all safety and task training certifications.
