Ground Operations Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Removal of vegetation from designated work sites manually

• Operating a variety of forestry machinery

• Conducting line clearance activities

• Performing pruning tasks

• Executing removals

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability to work 45 hours per week

• Minimum age of 18 years with a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Possession of a current and valid driver's license along with reliable transportation

• Capability to work outdoors in different weather conditions

• Physical ability to meet the job's demands (e.g., walking on uneven terrain, lifting 75 lbs.)

• Willingness to work at varying heights

• Eagerness to learn how to operate a bucket truck and use equipment safely

• Commitment to obtaining a CDL A or B license (cost covered by Lucas Tree Experts)

• Willingness to acquire and maintain necessary licenses and certifications for career advancement (cost covered by Lucas Tree Experts)

• Ability to successfully pass a post-offer physical and drug screening, along with a background and motor vehicle check
