Grocery Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Travel to retail locations to support our customers by organizing and showcasing DeLallo products within a designated territory.

• Foster relationships with customers and introduce them to new products and promotional offers.

• Conduct shipper surveys, manage off-shelf displays, and oversee product cutting and sampling, as well as promotions, advertisements, and cross-merchandising.

• Ensure a tidy and well-organized workspace.

• Perform any other assigned duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the food sector, preferably in deli, grocery, and/or bakery environments.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, along with some Saturdays.

• Capability to stand for extended periods and carry out repetitive movements (such as bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.

• A valid driver’s license without restrictions and proof of current vehicle insurance.

• Must be able to maintain a schedule that aligns with customer business operations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with individuals at all levels within the organization and assigned accounts.

• Ability to quickly adapt to changing business requirements and priorities.

• Willingness to learn and work across all areas of the business as needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
