GRC Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain risk scenarios.

• Evaluate the efficiency of mitigating controls.

• Perform risk assessments to aid business decision-making.

• Create automated measurements and KPIs to gauge the implementation and effectiveness of security controls.

• Analyze regulatory and contractual security obligations.

• Convert requirements into security baselines and standard practices.

• Organize and carry out security awareness initiatives, including phishing simulations, targeted micro-learning, and onboarding/yearly awareness training.

• Lead smaller security enhancement projects from planning to execution.

• Coordinate and carry out hands-on project tasks.

• Work collaboratively with Application Security, Operations, Internal IT, business functions, technical teams, management, and customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in IT, engineering, computer science, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in information security.

• Strong grasp of the technical components of information security.

• General understanding of the software development life cycle.

• Capability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable solutions.

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data independently.

• Experience in various responsibility areas as mentioned in the posting.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Full professional proficiency in both Danish and English, both written and spoken.

• Pragmatic, ownership-oriented, and hands-on attitude.
