
Graphic Expert – Print, Digital, Cross-Channel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Creation of final artwork and its finalization
• Development and preparation of files ready for print (both print and digital)
• Ensure adherence to brand and corporate design standards (CI/CD), including typography, imagery, and layout quality
• Conduct quality control up to final delivery, including preflight checks
• Modify lead campaigns for various retail formats and channels (such as POS, OOH, social media, display, and dealer websites)
• Adjust assets into different formats, sizes, and variations
• Maintain consistent brand representation across all interaction points
• Collaborate closely with creative teams, consulting/account teams, and project management
• Independently execute adaptations based on existing templates and layout systems
• Assist in the creation of modular asset systems to streamline campaign production
• Ensure efficient workflows and organized file/data storage
• Oversee version control, revision cycles, and approval processes
• Aid in the development and enhancement of templates and production standards
• Multiple years of experience as an Artworker or Finalizer, preferably in an agency or automotive setting
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Familiarity with prepress and preflight procedures
• Understanding of brand management and CI/CD requirements (corporate identity/corporate design)
• Organized and independent working approach, even in fast-paced production cycles
• Experience in retail marketing or campaign production for POS and other channels is advantageous
• Possibility of remote work
