Graphic Designer – Seasonal Freelancer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop unique graphic design assets, including both video and static digital advertisements, for the Paid Social and Paid Search teams.

• Conduct competitive and industry analysis to pinpoint trending creative styles.

• Partner with Paid Media Strategists to evaluate the performance of creative assets within ad accounts.

• Determine which creative materials should be replicated or phased out based on their performance.

• Convert strategic objectives into design concepts and original content utilizing color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.

• Adhere to client brand standards.

• Oversee the design and uploading of project materials in various file formats.

• Complete onboarding and initiate initial projects.

• Enhance ad project output and generate new advertisements based on client trends, conversions, and favorable KPIs.

• Consistently produce captivating ad content with minimal revisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in creating video and static content for Paid Social advertising, preferably for clients based in the United States.

• Ability to assess advertising campaign performance to uncover trends and opportunities for enhancement.

• Ingenuity in sourcing stock footage and images when client-provided creative is insufficient or subpar.

• Comfort in experimenting with AI-assisted design tools and emerging creative technologies.

• Experience in producing video and static ads for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.

• Strong attention to detail with a capacity for requiring minimal edits or revisions.

• Capability to operate within client brand guidelines.

• Proficient in managing and uploading files in JPG, PNG, MP4, MOV, and other formats.

• Ability to work up to 20 hours per week.

• Freelancer based in Central or South America.
