Graphic Designer – Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and develop intricate visual concepts, ensuring aesthetic coherence throughout 360° campaigns;

• Engage in briefing and planning sessions, offering creative insights that align with content and media strategies;

• Oversee your own task management, providing transparency to the team and ensuring timely delivery with technical proficiency;

• Articulate your design choices clearly and with sound reasoning to the team and stakeholders;

• Act as a resource for junior team members, sharing best practices and nurturing a culture of feedback;

• Ensure the uniformity and progression of brand visual identity across all digital platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing agencies (minimum of 3–4 years);

• Proficiency in Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma (essential for a contemporary workflow);

• Practical experience in developing conversion-oriented creatives, with an understanding of metrics such as CTR and retention;

• Capacity to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment (remote work);

• Strong aesthetic sensibility and ability to adapt to various styles and brand guidelines;

• Meticulous attention to final details, including typography, color, and information hierarchy;

• Effective written and verbal communication skills — regular and clear communication with the team is expected;
