This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Create innovative assets for digital marketing campaigns, including advertisements for Meta, Google, TikTok, display, paid social, and other performance channels.
• Design and modify visual layouts for CRM initiatives, such as marketing emails, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and automated communications throughout the customer journey.
• Develop key visuals and creative concepts tailored for various formats, platforms, and campaign goals (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention, or reactivation).
• Collaborate with Media, CRM, Performance, and Copywriting teams to ensure alignment on visual concepts, messaging, and KPIs.
• Create and enhance assets for landing pages, product pages, and promotional materials as necessary.
• Provide creative input for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand activations.
• Maintain visual consistency, brand identity, and high aesthetic standards across all consumer touchpoints.
• Partner with performance teams to evaluate results and continuously refine creative assets.
• Prior experience as a designer specializing in B2C, performance, paid media, or CRM.
• Proficient in Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or Figma.
• Capability to produce visually appealing, clear, and conversion-oriented designs.
• Skill in adapting layouts for diverse formats, sizes, and platforms.
• Well-organized, with the ability to handle multiple requests and deadlines concurrently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary groups.

• Experience in motion design or video editing for advertisements.
• Understanding of performance-oriented design best practices and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, RD Station, or similar).
