Graphic Designer, Marketing Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop internal creative materials, including performance-oriented ad designs, high-resolution website graphics, branding components, and product visuals.

• Produce exceptional visual concepts utilizing AI platforms like Claude and Gemini.

• Implement prompt engineering strategies to manage output quality, style, and uniformity.

• Create designs that reflect a sleek, contemporary biotech aesthetic.

• Participate in creative direction and execution.

• Collaborate with team members to refine concepts and enhance output quality.

• Keep abreast of new AI tools and consistently optimize workflows.

• Enhance and elevate AI-generated assets using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.

• Navigate diverse daily tasks, encompassing ad creative, website graphics, and brand asset development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Adobe Suite.

• Proficient in Figma.

• Strong knowledge of Gemini.

• Solid experience with Claude.

• Proven experience using AI tools in design processes (Claude, Gemini, etc.).

• Advanced prompt engineering skills (beyond basic usage).

• Comprehensive understanding of layout and composition.

• Strong grasp of typography.

• In-depth knowledge of visual hierarchy.

• Capacity to transform rough or generated assets into high-quality, production-ready standards.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

• Skill in utilizing AI as an effective tool rather than a substitute.

• Capability to manage output quality through precise prompting and refinement.

• Proficiency in delivering polished, modern, high-trust creative work that aligns with a biotech aesthetic.
