This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Design and modify print and digital materials for both B2C and B2B communications.
• Create HTML banners for various campaigns.
• Develop posters, small-scale marketing campaigns, and communication initiatives.
• Prepare and integrate data, specifications, and required content.
• Generate and customize communication materials tailored to different target audiences and markets.
• Create, maintain, and adjust PowerPoint presentations for global markets.
• Occasionally design key visuals and visual design concepts.
• Swiftly and accurately modify existing assets when required content changes occur on short notice.
• Conduct quality control, finalize, and properly deploy the communication materials produced.
• Collaborate independently with teams from Creative, Consulting, and Strategy.
• Work meticulously, systematically, and accurately within a highly regulated healthcare environment, particularly in accordance with the German Medicines Advertising Act (Heilmittelwerbegesetz).
• Completed vocational training or a degree in graphic design, communication design, or a similar qualification.
• Professional experience, preferably in an agency, healthcare setting, or a similarly fast-paced communications environment.
• Proficient and experienced in using Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with After Effects and Figma.
• Basic knowledge of animation or motion design in Figma is a plus.
• Confident in using PowerPoint, capable of creating well-structured and visually appealing slide decks.
• Strong interest in AI and a desire to integrate AI effectively into creative and operational processes.
• Commitment to high-quality standards and a keen attention to detail.
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style.
• Ability to stay organized and work accurately under tight deadlines.
• Passion for producing high-quality designs within established guidelines.
• Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
