Graphic Designer – Global

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop visual content for social media, advertisements, email campaigns, websites, and landing pages.

• Design graphics for marketing initiatives, product unveilings, and promotional events.

• Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables.

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and growth teams to brainstorm creative ideas.

• Modify designs based on constructive feedback and performance data.

• Oversee multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced startup, SaaS, or agency setting.

• A robust portfolio demonstrating bold, vibrant colors and high-energy, professional design.

• Portfolio link is essential and must be accessible; password-protected portfolios should include the access code.

• Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Strong capacity to accept feedback and make rapid revisions.

• Proficient English communication skills at B2/C1 proficiency level.

• Ability to explain design choices and respond to direct, constructive criticism.

• High-level English communication proficiency required.

• Must be available to work during U.S. business hours.

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, SaaS, or startup sectors is advantageous.

• Familiarity with designing paid advertisements for Meta, Google, or TikTok is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of marketing funnels or conversion-focused design is preferred.

• Experience with motion graphics or short-form video design is a bonus.
