This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Design experiences across multiple channels

• Independently drive and fulfill design requirements

• Apply best practices in inclusive design

• Develop straightforward designs, simple logos, and low-complexity ideas

• Produce specifications/assets and collaborate directly with marketers for implementation

• Create visual design work encompassing animation, iconography, illustration, branding, and interaction design

• Integrate German copy into designs on a daily basis

• Work together in an agile marketing setting

• Present and articulate design concepts effectively to internal and external stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a graphic designer

• Proficient in business English

• Adequate German language skills to integrate German copy into designs daily

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing & Communications, or a related field

• A portfolio showcasing innovative ideas, concepts, and user-centered design

• Experience in creating production specifications/assets and collaborating with marketers for implementation

• Familiarity with a range of design tools and services, including Adobe Suite, Figma, InVision, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint

• Proven experience in designing cross-channel experiences

• Capability to independently drive and finalize design requirements

• Understanding of inclusive design best practices

• Experience or knowledge of agile marketing and processes

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in French or other European languages is desirable but not mandatory

• Experience in the pharma/health technology sector is advantageous

• Background in an agile environment is beneficial

• Experience in animation, iconography, illustration, branding, and interaction design is a plus
