Graphic Designer – eCommerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovenia.

📋 Description

• Develop and create innovative, strategic design concepts.

• Design marketing collateral for HustlerMarketing, which includes but is not limited to: digital creative assets (blog, social media, and email marketing).

• Articulate design concepts both verbally and visually to team members and clients.

• Collaborate with the design team to build and uphold brand standards, ensuring high-quality outcomes and a consistent aesthetic across all materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a graphic designer, preferably in Email Marketing, with a proven track record from a single employer.

• Strong grasp of design principles.

• Availability for 30-35 hours per week (140 hours per month).

• Must be accessible and responsive from 15:00 to 18:00 BCN Time (Monday to Friday).

• Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing (native fluency is not required).

• Prior experience in remote work is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with Slack, Asana, and G-Suite.

• A results-oriented mindset every day.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.

• Must demonstrate accountability, consistency, and responsibility (radical ownership).

• A laptop or PC equipped with a fast and stable internet connection.
