This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop digital advertising strategies encompassing display ads, LinkedIn ads, Google ads, email graphics, and landing page elements.
• Design engaging social media visuals, including graphics, banners, and campaign imagery.
• Create high-level PowerPoint presentations for sales meetings, leadership gatherings, webinars, conferences, and client interactions.
• Produce print materials such as brochures, one-pagers, event signage, direct mail items, booth graphics, and leave-behind materials.
• Design and refresh website graphics, page layouts, icons, and other visual components within the content management system (CMS).
• Work in collaboration with the marketing team to craft concepts and creative for demand generation and brand-awareness campaigns.
• Develop sales support materials and customer-facing resources.
• Maintain and enhance brand standards, ensuring consistency in creative outputs.
• Prepare production-ready files for both digital and print use.
• Oversee multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Keep abreast of B2B design trends, marketing best practices, emerging creative tools, and AI-assisted design processes.
• Deliver high-quality creative across customer touchpoints while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance marketing creativity.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience in support of B2B marketing teams.
• A strong portfolio that showcases proficiency in digital, print, presentations, and web design.
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Advanced PowerPoint design abilities with a background in creating presentations for executives.
• Experience in designing websites and digital assets; familiarity with WordPress is a plus.
• Strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Background in designing demand generation campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), trade shows, webinars, and sales enablement materials.
• Capability to translate intricate business concepts into clear, impactful visual communications.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a knack for managing multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and comfort in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio that highlights digital advertising campaigns, social media creatives, PowerPoint presentations, print collateral, website or landing page design, and B2B marketing projects.
