Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create graphics, diagrams, infographics, images, templates, and other visual assets that convey enterprise research, development, and program priorities.

• Design executive-level presentation graphics tailored for both internal and external audiences.

• Generate visual content for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, the client intranet, newsletters, articles, reports, and stakeholder events.

• Transform technical, analytical, and program-management information into clear and engaging visual narratives.

• Adhere to client visual identity guidelines, Section 508 accessibility standards, records management protocols, and information security requirements.

• Work collaboratively with writers, analysts, portfolio managers, subject-matter experts, and leadership; quickly incorporate feedback during the review process.

• Prepare final deliverables for digital platforms, print, and authorized collaboration tools.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, digital media, fine arts, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.

• A portfolio showcasing executive presentations, infographics, data visualizations, and digital communication products.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

• Understanding of accessibility-focused design, document production, typography, layout, and information hierarchy.
